With unlimited telephony, calls from special numbers with the prefixes 084x, 090x or 18xx, calls from short numbers and calls from value-added services are excluded.
There is also a Sunrise subscription under 30, or several different Sunrise subscriptions for customers under 30. Sunrise offers its mobile subscription tariffs in some cases with better performance at a lower price or with more performance or simply cheaper. The individual Sunrise subscriptions for young people are called: “We Mobile XL young”, “We Mobile L young”, “We Mobile M young”, “Mobile classic young” and “Mobile start young”.

Sunrise prepaid tariffs
Sunrise does not only offer mobile subscriptions, but also prepaid tariffs that do not incur any monthly basic fees, namely the tariffs “Unlimited”, “airbag” and “Young WhatsApp”.

Sunrise subscription with mobile phone
Customers can also take out a Sunrise subscription with a mobile phone. You can also order the smartphone at a later date if you have already taken out the Sunrise subscription. Here too, in addition to the monthly subscription fees, you pay a monthly rate for the mobile phone.

Sunrise Internet subscriptions
The Sunrise Internet offers fall into three categories: the Sunrise Mobile Internet category, the Sunrise Home Internet category and the Sunrise Home Internet and TV category.
Sunrise mobile internet is available in different tariff variants. The Sunrise Mobile Internet tariffs are called: “Mobile internet unlimited”, “Mobile internet start”, “Mobile internet comfort” and “Mobile internet unlimited 5G”.
The Sunrise Internet subscription “Mobile internet unlimited” costs CHF 49 per month and has no minimum term. With this Internet subscription, you can use the Internet unlimited in Switzerland and with a download speed of up to 300 Mbit / s. When roaming, you have a data volume of 1 GB available in Region 1. The following countries belong to Region 1: Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, United Kingdom (UK), Guernsey, Ireland, Iceland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey , Canada, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal (including Madeira and Azores), Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, USA (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), Vatican City and Cyprus.
The “Mobile internet start” subscription costs only CHF 9 per month and allows unlimited internet in Switzerland at a speed of up to 2 Mbit / s. This Sunrise Mobile Internet subscription does not have a minimum contract period either.
“Mobile internet comfort” costs CHF 19 per month. Unlimited surfing on the Internet is possible here too, but at a speed of up to 10 Mbit / s. This Internet subscription also has no minimum term.
The most expensive is the “Mobile internet unlimited 5G” for CHF 59 a month. With the Sunrise 5G subscription, unlimited internet is possible in Switzerland with a download speed of 2 Gbits / s. In the 4G + network, the download speed is still 700 Mbits / s. 1 GB of roaming within region 1 (see list of countries above) is also included in the Sunrise 5G subscription.
The internet subscription for home, the Sunrise Home, is available in three tariff variants: “We Home L”, “We Home M” and “We Home S”.
The “We Home L” costs CHF 95 per month and the minimum contract term is 12 months. The uploads and downloads reach speeds of up to 10 Gbit / s.
The “We Home M” costs CHF 75 per month. The minimum term here is also 12 months. The internet speed (upload and download) reaches up to 500 Mbit / s.
The “We Home S” costs CHF 55 per month, and here too there is a minimum term of 12 months. The speed of the Internet in upload and download is up to 100 Mbit / s.
Sunrise Internet and TV subscription
Sunrise offers the combined subscription for Internet and TV in two tariff variants: “We Home XL +” and “We Home S”.
With the Sunrise Home Internet TV tariff “We Home XL +” for CHF 100 per month, the upload and download speeds are up to 10 Gbit / s. The minimum term is 12 months. In addition, there is a landline telephone connection with which you can make unlimited calls to all Swiss networks. And the TV subscription “We TV L” is included, with which over 230 channels can be watched, the ComeBack TV function is available for 7 days and 1200 hours of recordings are possible via the cloud. The Sunrise Smart TV app can also be used here.
With the Sunrise Home Internet TV tariff “We Home S” for CHF 80 per month, the upload and download speeds are up to 100 Mbit / s. The TV subscription includes “We TV M”, which allows you to watch over 200 channels, use the ComeBack TV function for 30 hours and make 60 hours of cloud recordings. Here, too, the minimum term is 12 months.
In addition, Sunrise also offers the booking of its TV offers “TV neo” for CHF 5 per month and “TV neo max” for CHF 20 per month. With the «TV neo max» subscription you have over 240 channels to choose from, you can use the ComeBack TV function for 7 days, you can make 500 hours of cloud recordings and take advantage of other services. The «TV neo» subscription includes, among other things, over 240 channels, the ComeBack TV 7 days and 100 hours of cloud recordings.
