Question 2

How does switching to a new internet plan in Switzerland work?

Accepted Answer

Ordering a new internet plan in Switzerland through alao.ch is especially simple: you check online whether the plan is available at your address, select your preferred internet plan, and complete the order digitally. If you wish, the new provider can also cancel your old internet contract. This ensures a smooth transition with no effort or interruption.

Question 3

Will I have to pay additional costs for my new mobile plan?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, there are no extra costs when you sign up for a new Swiss mobile plan through alao.ch. Any potential activation fees are displayed transparently before purchase. Many providers even offer discounts, free months, vouchers, or cashback. That way, your mobile plan remains affordable in the long run, helping you save money permanently.

Question 4

When will I receive my voucher or cashback for my new mobile plan?

Accepted Answer

After your new mobile plan has been successfully activated, you'll automatically receive your cashback or voucher. The payout is made once you've paid your first bill and alao has confirmed it. You'll find all details clearly explained during the order process.

Question 5

Are my data safe when ordering Swiss mobile plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your data is safe. alao.ch uses SSL-encrypted connections, and your information is used exclusively to process your Swiss mobile plan order. Data protection fully complies with current Swiss privacy regulations, allowing you to sign up for your new plan securely and without worrying about your personal data.

Question 6

Why is digital identification required when signing a mobile contract?

Accepted Answer

Digital identification is legally required when signing a mobile (Natel) contract in Switzerland. It helps prevent identity theft and misuse. You can easily verify your identity online directly during the order process — it only takes a few minutes and makes your Swiss mobile plan particularly secure.

Question 7

Who am I signing the contract with for my new mobile plan in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

When you order a mobile plan through alao.ch, you sign the contract directly with the respective provider — for example, Yallo, Wingo, Salt, Sunrise, or Swisscom. alao handles the entire digital process, including comparison, order, identification, and contract transfer.

Question 8

Which is the best mobile plan in Switzerland for me – and how can I find it easily?

Accepted Answer

The best mobile plan depends on how much you surf and call. On alao.ch, you can filter and compare the best Swiss mobile plans by data volume, price, and provider. This helps you quickly find the perfect plan for your needs — without overpaying.

Question 9

Are there affordable internet and TV deals I can use at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes! On alao.ch, you'll find many internet and TV plans for Switzerland. Many offers include discounts or free months. You can compare plans by speed, price, and provider — whether you're looking for a pure internet plan or a smart TV + internet bundle. With the internet comparison tool, you'll easily find a deal that fits your needs. Keep an eye out for seasonal offers like Black Friday deals.

Question 10

What's the difference between mobile plans and prepaid offers in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

Mobile plans offer fixed services such as data volume and flat rates for a monthly fee. Prepaid options come without a contract — you pay only for what you use. If you surf or call frequently, a Swiss mobile plan is usually more cost-effective. On alao.ch, you can easily compare mobile plans and prepaid options.

Question 11

How can I cancel my current plan and choose a new internet plan?

Accepted Answer

When you order a new internet plan through alao.ch, the new provider can cancel your old one on request. This means you don't have to do anything yourself. Just make sure to respect your current contract's notice period. Once that's done, your new internet plan will be activated automatically — with no interruption.

Question 12

What's the difference between a TV + Internet plan and a pure home internet plan?

Accepted Answer

A TV + Internet plan combines internet access with a TV package that includes series, movies, or sports. A pure home internet plan includes only the internet connection. On alao.ch, you can compare both options to find the best internet plan in Switzerland for your household.

Question 13

What are the advantages of getting a mobile plan through alao compared to other providers?

Accepted Answer

With an alao mobile plan, you benefit from exclusive discounts, a fully digital process, and a simple online comparison. You can compare all major Swiss mobile plans and sign up for the best one in just a few clicks — including cashback, number transfer, and transparent contract terms. You can also check the network coverage map to see how strong the signal is in your region.

Question 14

What should I consider when comparing mobile plans to save money?

Accepted Answer

When comparing mobile plans, pay attention to the price-performance ratio, data volume, and contract duration. Also check whether the plan includes flat rates or roaming packages. On alao.ch, you can compare different mobile plans and find the best Swiss deal for your budget.

Question 15
