Everything has worked so far. The customer service was a bit overloaded because of black friday so I knew more than the customer service. Otherwise very friendly!

I had two numbers ported, one worked, the other didn't have a contract. I wrote an email to support and didn't expect to receive a reply, but four (!) minutes later I received an email saying it had been adjusted, including a new contract. WOW, I am impressed!

I discovered Alao AG via the Twint subscription comparison, and the integration was really convincing. The platform was intuitive to use and I was able to compare the different subscriptions quickly and easily. I particularly liked the fact that I could take out everything directly online without much effort. Customer service was also quick to respond and friendly when I had a query. All in all, a very positive experience.

Pretty easy to use. Minor niggle - uploading an image of the reverse side of the passport makes no sense (just a solid bordeaux colour, no text)

Registration on the site was easy and user-friendly. It was done in 5 minutes, even though I'm not a geek. I just had to have an ID card or passport handy to fill in the document without wasting time.
