Secure & private browsing
Swisscom protects your privacy and enables secure Internet browsing with their beemNet. All connected devices are protected against cyberthreats in real time and privacy safeguards are reinforced with targeted anonymisation and encryption. Prices offered at alao do not include a license for "beemNet-protection and privacy". Upon request, such license can be added at a price of CHF 5/mth/subscription (excl. VAT).
Contract conditions
Frame contract
A framework agreement is available upon request only for 51 plans or more. Up to 50 subscriptions, individual contracts with individual contract terms are provided. Volume discounts apply. An additional combined discount of 15% on the monthly base fee of all mobile subscriptions applies if Swisscom fixed-line internet services are also subscribed to.
Plan availability
This plan is available with a contract duration of 12 or 24 months.
Pricing
Prices remain unchanged throughout the entire contract term. Exceptions include, among others, inflation adjustments. The Swisscom (Schweiz) AG general terms and conditions for business customers apply.
Newly established companies may benefit from special conditions, provided that they subscribe to a Protect & Connect plan with 24 mth contract duration within one year after initial registration in the commercial register.
Activation fee
Activation fees for Swisscom business mobile plans are CHF 55.41/plan (excl. VAT).
Cancellation terms
The ordinary terms of termination are defined in the individual contracts. Usually, individual contracts with a minimum contract term can be terminated no earlier than at the end of the minimum term with 60 days’ notice, whereas contracts without a fixed term can be terminated at the end of any month with 60 days’ notice.
In-live cancellation flexibility
This requires a framework agreement and is only available upon request for 51 plans ore more.
Number of plans per offer
The maximum number of plans in our quote is 50. For orders of 51+ plans, we kindly ask you to submit a manual order request via our contact form.
Subscription management
For all commercially related questions (general contract, add/cancel/renew plan) the expert B2B team from alao is available Mo-Fr, 9-12am and 2-5pm. A good overview of your subscriptions and answers to user-specific questions are also provided through the mySwisscom business customer account, which will be available after the plans have been activated.
