The Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security solution detects and mitigates cyber threats targeting mobile devices. It scans the operating system, applications, and media on the device for suspicious activity and compares this information against its extensive dataset, which includes telemetry data from hundreds of millions of devices and apps. This helps prevent attackers from stealing sensitive data while proactively alerting both users and the organization to potential threats. Personally identifiable content generated through applications (such as emails, text messages, and videos) is not collected or processed.
Contract conditions
Frame contract
Yes, from the first subscription. Each subscription of the same kind added during the contract term (in-live activation) will have the same conditions. All subscriptions end (or renew) with the termination (or renewal) of the framework agreement, which begins when the first subscription is activated.
Plan availability
This plan is available with a contract duration of 24 or 36 months.
Pricing
Prices remain unchanged throughout the entire contract term. The initial price generally also applies to contract renewals. Exceptions include, among others, inflation adjustments within the Sunrise portfolio or other price increases based on the Sunrise Business terms and conditions.
Activation fee
There is no activation fee for Sunrise business mobile plans.
Cancellation terms
The notice period is 3 months prior to the end of the contract term or its renewal.
In-live cancellation flexibility
From a minimum of 20 mobile subscriptions, customers automatically benefit from a 10% termination flexibility. This flexibility allows to terminate 2 out of 20 subscriptions outside the regular contract term without incurring early termination fees.
Number of plans per offer

Subscription management
For all commercially related questions (general contract, add/cancel/renew plan) the expert B2B team from alao is available Mo-Fr, 9-12am and 2-5pm. With the Sunrise Business Cockpit (SBC), Sunrise provides each business customer with a self-service portal enabling authorized employees to manage their business mobile subscriptions. For example, business mobile costs can be separated from private expenses and paid directly by the respective employees via credit card.
