Contract conditions
Frame contract
Yes, from 20+ plans. Each subscription of the same kind added during the contract term (in-live activation) will have the same conditions. All subscriptions end (or renew) with the termination (or renewal) of the framework agreement, which begins when the first subscription is activated. Up to 19 plans, each plan will be registered as an individual contract with an individual contract term.
Plan availability
This plan is available with a contract duration of 12, 24 or 36 months.
Pricing
Framework agreement: Prices remain unchanged throughout the entire contract term. In case mobile plan categories that were not included in the inital framework agreement will be activated in-live, the "plan prices" conditions according to the contract attachment will apply. The initial price generally also applies to contract renewals.
Individual plans: Generally, prices remain unchanged throughout the entire contract term.
For both - framework agreement and individual plans - exceptions include, among others, inflation adjustments within the Salt portfolio or other price increases based on the Salt Business terms and conditions.
Activation fee
There is no activation fee for Salt business mobile plans.
Cancellation terms
The notice period is 2 months prior to the end of the contract term or its renewal.
In-live cancellation flexibility
From a minimum of 20 mobile subscriptions, customers automatically benefit from a 15% termination flexibility. This means that the initially contracted amount can be reduced by up to 15% without incurring early termination fees. For example, if the initially contracted amount was CHF 600, the monthly bill can be reduced by max. CHF 90 without incurring a penalty.
Number of plans per offer
The maximum number of plans in our quote is 99. For orders of 100+ plans, we kindly ask you to submit a manual order request via our contact form.
Subscription management
For all commercially related questions (general contract, add/cancel/renew plan) the expert B2B team from alao is available Mo-Fr, 9-12am and 2-5pm. With the Salt Business Suite, Salt provides each business customer with a self-service portal enabling authorized fleet managers to administer their business mobile subscriptions. In addition, each business customer benefits from a dedicated support manager available for each its fleet managers Mo-Fr, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
