Contract conditions
Frame contract
Yes, from the first subscription. Each subscription of the same kind added during the contract term (in-live activation) will have the same conditions. All subscriptions end (or renew) with the termination (or renewal) of the framework agreement, which begins when the first subscription is activated.
Plan availability
This plan is available with a contract duration of 12, 24 or 36 months.
Pricing
Prices remain unchanged throughout the entire contract term. The initial price generally also applies to contract renewals. Exceptions include, among others, inflation adjustments within the Quickline portfolio or other price increases based on the Quickline terms and conditions.
Activation fee
There is no activation fee for business mobile plans from Quickline.
Cancellation terms
The notice period is 3 months prior to the end of the contract term or its renewal.
In-live cancellation flexibility
From a minimum of 10 mobile subscriptions, customers automatically benefit from a 10% termination flexibility. This flexibility allows to terminate 1 out of 10 subscriptions outside the regular contract term without incurring early termination fees.
Number of plans per offer
The maximum number of plans in our quote is 99. For orders of 100+ plans, we kindly ask you to submit a manual order request via our contact form.
Subscription management
For all commercially related questions (general contract, add/cancel/renew plan) the expert B2B team from alao is available Mo-Fr, 9-12am and 2-5pm. Business support hotline from Quickline operates Mo-Fr, 8:30am to 5:30pm, to answer all your day-to-day questions while using your plan, e.g. about billing, technical support, etc.
