With the MTEL B:YOU 25 plan, customers enjoy unlimited data and calls within Switzerland. The subscription also includes unlimited roaming in the EU as well as in the MTEL Zone, which covers Bosnia and Herzegovina (BA), Montenegro (ME), North Macedonia (MK), and Serbia (RS). Within these countries, all calls are also unlimited. On top of that, the plan provides 1 GB of roaming data per month for additional destinations such as the United Arab Emirates (AE), Albania (AL), Egypt (EG), India (IN), Israel (IL), Russia (RU), and Turkey (TR).
 

MTEL Sweazy Travel

The MTEL Sweazy Travel plan offers unlimited data and calls within Switzerland. Customers also benefit from unlimited roaming data in the EU and the MTEL Zone (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia). Calls within these countries are also fully unlimited, making it an excellent choice for frequent travelers across Europe and the Balkans.
 

MTEL Primo

With MTEL Primo, users enjoy unlimited data and calls in Switzerland, along with unlimited roaming data in the EU and the MTEL Zone (BA, ME, MK, RS). Calls within these countries are likewise unlimited. In addition, this plan includes 30 GB of roaming data every month for destinations such as the United Arab Emirates, Albania, Egypt, India, Israel, Russia, and Turkey — making it a strong option for those who travel further abroad.
 

 The special feature of MTEL subscriptions is the MTEL Zone. With this, roaming in certain countries is automatically included, and you can use your included data and allowances not only in Switzerland and the EU but also in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. 

Some plans also include the Friendly Zone, allowing data use in Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Albania, Egypt, China, and India.  

You don’t have to activate your new MTEL subscription right away. You have six months to do so. Simply specify your desired start date when completing your subscription.

If you want to keep your number when switching to MTEL, simply indicate this before the transfer. alao will handle the rest for you. If you switch from another provider to MTEL, alao will take care of canceling your old contract and ensure a smooth and interruption-free transition.

MTEL offers contracts without a minimum duration. All plans without a minimum contract duration can also be canceled with 60 days’ notice to the end of the month. Cancellation is done via email.

4G Network

5G Network

5G coverage is still limited, currently reaching around 20% of Switzerland. Coverage is much better in city centers, where speeds of up to 1.7 Gbit/s with 5G+ can be achieved. However, the network is continuously expanding to provide broader 5G access.
