How do I change my internet provider?

This point is very important since the internet speed available at your address depends on the technology that is installed within your building. Once you have found your ideal internet plan you can order it for the date after your cancellation period. In most contracts the period of notice is 60 days. To cancel your internet contract with your current internet provider we recommend you to send a letter via registered post to your provider's address.
